A celebrant that’s like a relatable mate!

I started Cherry & Fern Celebrations when I realised that if I were to get married, I would want someone like me to do it! This is the one day that should be all about you, and you’re putting a hell of a lot of trust in the person telling your story and leading the ceremony, so surely you’d want them to relate to you, right?

In a past life, I’ve been a stage manager, teacher, rock climbing instructor, traveler, customer service star, singer-songwriter and wannabe punk-pop star. I’m an elder-emo-millennial-Aries who loves cats, post-punk, and IPAs. I unwind by getting shoved around at gigs or sitting at home binge-watching TV and crocheting, and I have absolutely no shame in admitting that!

Sweary or sweet, it’s your wedding day so have it your way.

I want to work with you to create the wedding you’ve always dreamed of, but not in the big dress, over-the-top flowers, and hundreds of guests type of way - in the sweary, laid back, personal, memorable, funny, teary, totally-you way.
