TERMS + CONDITIONS
All items must be in a re-saleable condition for your refund to be processed.
If there is a printing issue or any other form of defect to your item, you must report this as a matter of urgency alongside photo evidence. If the item is deemed faulty, we will send you a new one or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
You will be responsible for covering the postage cost and recording proof of postage.
The Un-Wedding will not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged during the returns process.
