The Un-Wedding Show London was back at Kachette on 22nd + 23rd February and it was bursting at the seams with modern wedding inspo, indie suppliers, and all TE BEST vibes! If you weren’t there, seriously, where WERE you?! Kachette is one of London's coolest, modern wedding venues and it was buzzing with all the cool, creative, non-traditional wedding inspo you could imagine. Forget the stuffy, corporate, overwhelming, same-old wedding fairs – The Un-Wedding Show is a playground for couples who want to do things their way.

Let’s talk about the venue for a sec. Kachette? Absolute perfection.
It’s this old Victorian train station ticket hall turned ultra-cool event space, with exposed brick, moody lighting, and all the indie wedding magic you could ever want. You walk in, and boom – instant atmosphere! A perfect space for an Un-Wedding because it transforms beautifully from your day-to-night celebration. It's also the perfect the venue for our unique wedding fair because it's not too big, and not too small which means the vibe is always electric!

So, what Happened at The Un-Wedding Show London?
Well, we're famed for only showcasing THE BEST alternative wedding suppliers in the UK! I mean, we’re talking about some of the coolest indie wedding businesses out there. There were jaw-dropping cakes from The Great British Bake Off's Amelia Le Bruin aka The Cake Hun London (and not just good lookin' but DELICIOUS), custom accessories for the whole wedding crew from Francis + Louise, and ethical wedding rings from Daniel Darby Jewellery that make me wanna do it all over again... getting married that is. Not to mention Powder Blue Artistry, our treasured Beauty Editor of MNT Magazine, who was there making everyone feel like an absolute QUEEN with her flawless makeup advice.
As always, alternative audio guest book 'I just called to say… went down a storm with our modern couples who want to inject some personality into their big day, and give their guests a fun form of entertainment.

I mean, we had to do something for it, so we gatecrashed the party! If you haven’t checked it out yet, MNTis our brand new, bi annual print magazine, packed with modern wedding inspiration, styling tips, and features on some of the coolest suppliers in the industry. The event gave guests a first look at the mag, and those who purchased our Enhanced Entry tickets, received a copy inside their limited edition goody bags! Cater London welcomed everyone with a glass of fizz as well as serving up canapés that made me rethink every sad little snack I’ve ever had in my life. As London's most esteemed caterers for modern weddings and events, we'd say 'run! don't walk', to get them booked in for your big day!

OMG, Bee Davies Illustration absolutely painted the town red with her styling! She took the brief ‘lipstick in the mirror, 80s vibes’ and RAN with it. Think bold, glam, and totally unapologetic décor – the kind of styling that makes you want to go and live your best 80s Madonna life. Bee's lipstcik scrawls of The Un-Wedding's famous slogans' gave the event a rebellious energy, and you know we LOVE to rebel!
