Shot in the historical city of York, we love the stark contrast of yellow stone, cobbled streets and York Minster as the backdrop for this bold and sun-shine-y, laid-back elopement shoot.

Yorkshire-based models, Kellie and Chrissy are engaged in real-life and due to marry later this year so this was like a flash-forward for the true-lovers!

The stunning flowers were created by Daisy Hoban Floral Design. She wanted to make a colourful bridal bouquet that was bursting with life and energy and oh boy, did she do that! If you’ve ever wondered what flowers you would team with a short, pink wedding dress then here you go! Absolutely perfect, especially against Kellie’s brightly tattooed legs!

Makeup Artist Kellie did her own makeup, naturally! A purple eyeshadow to pop against those playful florals and that 80’s style party frock! The blue cluster headband from Sookrah brings an extra element of fun to the look, especially when teamed with that faux-fur jacket!

We love Chrissy’s tailored jacket with those ankle-grazing pants. Who says you can’t let your personality shine through on your wedding day? You can, and you absolutely should!
