Firstly THANK YOU to everyone who attended and showcased at The Un-Wedding Show London, WHAT a weekend!
On 28th & 29th October 2023, Shoreditch Studios was transformed into a magical wonderland of opportunity for attendees to explore, as The Un-Wedding Show took over for our fourth and busiest London show to date! Over the weekend our carefully curated lineup of unique wedding suppliers greeted our cool, couples, throuples, and cute dogs as they showcased themselves in the only way they can at The Un-Wedding Show…. spectacularly!

Here’s the thing with our events… If you’re expecting to see hundreds of suppliers showcasing everything from chair covers to teeth whitening then I’m going to be honest with you, The Un-Wedding Shows are NOT for you!
Here at The Un-Wedding, we are not about piling numerous suppliers into a space all doing the same thing, and we are not about catering to the masses in an attempt to please everyone. We follow our own ethos and are proud to do things differently. We actively encourage everyone who is getting married to MAKE NEW TRADITIONS.
We hand-pick a small number of the best in independent wedding businesses (many of whom you’ll find listed online in our Book Of Love directory) and then provide the opportunity for them to connect with their dream people… YOU GUYS, so that you can go forth and plan your Un-Wedding, easily!
Our events ALWAYS take place in cool, alternative wedding venues, giving you the chance to reccy the space (if you’ve yet to find your venue) but mainly because that whole big, corporate exhibition vibe, is not our thing.

We were super lucky that the incredibly talented Stems Wilder and Vowed and Amazed teamed up to style the space. The hanging heart-shaped wreaths are a great way to bring even the most industrial ceilings to life! And the incredible shimmer walls make the perfect ceremonial backdrop or wedding selfie wall for modern lovers!

I guess when we talk about not wanting the same as everyone else then Helen Ridley Illustration falls into two categories, not only does she offer unique entertainment on your wedding day as a live illustrator and watercolour artist, but no two illustrations are the same (obviously) and your wedding guests get to keep a stylish original painting as a memento of your special day.

Imagine going to a party where you don’t know anyone, but you feel instantly welcomed and at home, in the space. A space where everyone wants to chat with you, and you meet awesome people that you didn’t expect to meet and discover styles that fit in with you, whilst taking in ideas and inspiration that you had never thought of but now you LOVE! (…and breathe!) … THAT is what The Un-Wedding Show is about!
